By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order, creating an account, submitting information, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Moodbutter creates and offers home-fragrance products designed to bring atmosphere, comfort and refined scent into everyday spaces. These Terms explain how our website may be used, how purchases are handled, and the responsibilities that apply when you interact with our store.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access the website or purchase products from us.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

However, product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, natural materials, handmade finishes or small-batch production.

Some Moodbutter products may be handmade, hand-poured, hand-finished or produced in limited batches. Slight variations in color, texture, vessel finish, fragrance character, packaging or label placement are part of this process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Fragrance is personal. While we describe scent profiles as clearly as possible, we cannot guarantee that a scent will match every personal preference, expectation or environment.

3. Product Safety and Proper Use

You agree to use all Moodbutter products according to the instructions, warnings and care information provided on the product, packaging, website or included materials.

Candles, diffusers, room sprays and other fragrance products should be used responsibly and kept away from children, pets, heat sources, open flames, delicate surfaces and materials that may be damaged by oils, wax, alcohol or fragrance ingredients.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials. Moodbutter is not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by misuse, unsafe handling, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, shipping is unavailable, or we suspect misuse of the website.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if there is an error, stock issue, payment issue, shipping issue or other problem with the order.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

5. Pricing, Payment and Taxes

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Prices, promotions, discounts and product availability may change without notice.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, product prices may not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply depending on your location and order type.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery may pass to the carrier, subject to applicable law. If your package is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

At this stage, Moodbutter primarily operates from Israel. If and when international shipping is offered, additional terms, delivery times, taxes, duties, import charges and consumer protection rules may apply depending on the destination country. We may update these Terms before offering sales in additional countries.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.

Israeli consumers may have cancellation rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations. Nothing in these Terms or in our store policies limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, product condition, opening, sampling, unsealing or final-sale status, except where required by law. Items must be returned in the condition required by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Moodbutter name, logo, product names, images, text, fragrance descriptions, packaging design, graphics, layout, visual identity and brand materials, belongs to Moodbutter or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, imitate, use commercially or create derivative works from any part of our website, brand, product presentation or content without our prior written permission.

נרות, מפיצי ריח, תרסיסי חדר ומוצרי ריח אחרים צריכים לשמש בזהירות ולהישמר הרחק מילדים, בעלי חיים, מקורות חום, להבות פתוחות, משטחים עדינים וחומרים שעלולים להיפגע משמנים, שעווה, אלכוהול או רכיבי ריח.

אין להשאיר נר דולק ללא השגחה. יש להדליק נרות רק על משטח יציב ועמיד לחום, הרחק מרוחות פרצים ומחומרים דליקים. Moodbutter אינה אחראית לנזק, פציעה או אובדן שנגרמו משימוש לא נכון, טיפול לא בטוח, אי־עמידה בהוראות או שימוש שאינו תואם את מטרת המוצר.

4. הזמנות

בעת ביצוע הזמנה באתר, אתם מציעים לרכוש את המוצרים שנבחרו. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לאשר, לדחות, לבטל או להגביל כל הזמנה לפי שיקול דעתנו, לרבות במקרים של חוסר במלאי, טעות במחיר, בעיית תשלום, חוסר זמינות משלוח או חשד לשימוש לא תקין באתר.
