1. מי אנחנו

Moodbutter הוא מותג ישראלי למוצרי ריח לבית, לרבות נרות ומוצרי ריח משלימים. השירותים שלנו מופעלים מישראל, והחנות המקוונת שלנו מופעלת באמצעות Shopify Inc., המספקת את פלטפורמת המסחר האלקטרוני שמאפשרת לנו להציג ולמכור את מוצרינו.

2. איזה מידע אישי אנו אוספים

נתוני מכשיר ושימוש: כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, סוג מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, מזהי מכשיר, קובצי לוג, קוקיז, עמודים שנצפו, זמני אינטראקציה ופעולות באתר.

העדפות והסקות: העדפות שפה, העדפות רכישה, תחומי עניין, תגובות לדיוור שיווקי והעדפות שעשויות להיות מוסקות מהשימוש בשירותים.

אנו מקבלים מידע אישי בדרכים הבאות:

3. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע אישי

בשלב זה, Moodbutter פועלת בעיקר מישראל. אם וכאשר יוצעו משלוחים או מכירות למדינות נוספות, ייתכן שיחולו תנאים נוספים וכללי פרטיות והגנת צרכן שונים בהתאם למדינת היעד. אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו לפני פתיחת מכירות למדינות נוספות.

Moodbutter is a trade name operated by an Israeli licensed business / עוסק מורשה. Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “Moodbutter”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Moodbutter and the business operator, as applicable.

We operate the moodbutter.com and moodbutter.co.il websites and any associated sub-domains, online storefronts, and mobile or desktop applications, collectively the “Services”. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in a transparent, responsible and secure manner.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information when you visit, interact with, or make a purchase through the Services, or otherwise communicate with us. Moodbutter is an Israel-based home-fragrance brand offering candles and related fragrance products. Our Services are operated from Israel, and our online store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to display and sell our products.

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual. We may collect and process the following types of information:

Contact details: name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address.

Payment and financial information: payment details, payment method, transaction identifier and billing details. We do not store full credit card details ourselves; they are processed by authorized payment and payment-processing providers.
